Steps

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes and keep aside.

Take a pan put half spoon oil and crackle carom seeds,whole Coriander and mashed potatoes in it and saute it & add spices in it then cool it down

Now make a batter with Besan adding water as required add salt,red chilli powder and whole cumin seeds according to like and taste.

Heat oil & cut bread into square shape.

Add stuffing at the center seal it with another slice.Now dip it in batter and deep fry.serve with Chutney or sauce.
