Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspotatoes boiled and mashed
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbsp ghee
  5. as neededDry fruits (cashews, raisins,pistachio)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a pan. Add smashes potatoes and cook till brown

  2. 2

    Now add milk,sugar. Stir well. Cook till the mixture thickens.

  3. 3

    Now add cashews,pistas, raisins etc

  4. 4

    Switch off the stove.
