Add...maida,salt and curd and baking powder,mix it and add enough water to make a smooth dough keep aside for 2 hours

Now add tomato puree saute and cook for 5 minutes add chhole mix enough water to set consistency dd garam masala it's ready

For bhatura take a ball size portion from dough and roll it and fry in hot oil
