Ingredients

  • Rice Eggs Onion Pepper Seasoning Salt Curry Oil
  • Spinach(alaiyahu) Tomatoes Sweet pepper(tattasai)
  • Ginger and garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and parboil the rice.
    After parboiled pour enough water that will cook the rice into the pot and bring to boil add the parboiled rice add little salt stir all together and cover the pot till the rice is well done and soft.

    For the sauce.
    Wash & grate pepper, sweet pepper,tomatoes and keep aside, wash and slice onions wash and cut the spinach into small small size and also keep it aside.

  3. 3

    In a pan pour some oil when hot add sliced onions, stir and add grated pepper, tomatoes and stir all together. Leave it to fry for 10mins.After that spice it with curry, ginger, garlic and season with salt and seasoning cube stir it.

    Add the spinach and mix it all well together, break the eggs whisk and pour into the pan.

  5. 5

    Do not stir until like that 1mins and then stir it.
    Keep stirring to avoid burning/sticking. if the sauce is well cooked off the flame and serve hot.

  6. 6

    Present it in an attractive way by using any shape of cake pan and garnish it with spinach leaves.

    U will pour the cooked rice in the pan press it well and turn it upsidedown into the plate lift the pan gently and u will get exactly the shape of that pan.

    Walah...!ur rice is ready.
