Ingredients

  • 2 cupSuji
  • cupwater
  • salt a pinch
  • for fry refine oil
  • 1 cupCoconut shreded
  • as neededSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix water,suji,salt and let it boil,keep stirring till a thick dough consistency

  2. 2

    Grind the pieces of coconut and mix with sugar

  3. 3

    Make small ball size from dough flt it with hands

  4. 4

    Put the mixture in that then close it and give a definite round shape

  5. 5

    Deep fry in hot oil
