Steps

Grind fenugreek leaves, carom seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder and asafoetida and make a fine paste.

Now sieve the paste and transfer it to a bowl.

Sieve gram flour add salt and 3 tablespoon mustard oil and mix it well, then start adding fenugreek paste little by little and make a fine smooth dough.

Put it in the moracu machine, now take a wok and heat oil.

With the help of machine, press and make moracu on a low flame.

Your crispy and chruncy moracu is now ready, serve it with hot tea.
