Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgram flour
  2. 1 cupFenugreek leaves
  3. 250 mlMustard oil for frying
  4. 3 tablespoonMustard oil for dough
  5. 1 tablespoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoonGaram masala
  7. 1 teaspoonAsafoetida
  8. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  9. as neededWater
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind fenugreek leaves, carom seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder and asafoetida and make a fine paste.

  2. 2

    Now sieve the paste and transfer it to a bowl.

  3. 3

    Sieve gram flour add salt and 3 tablespoon mustard oil and mix it well, then start adding fenugreek paste little by little and make a fine smooth dough.

  4. 4

    Put it in the moracu machine, now take a wok and heat oil.

  5. 5

    With the help of machine, press and make moracu on a low flame.

  6. 6

    Your crispy and chruncy moracu is now ready, serve it with hot tea.
