  • 1/4beef
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Dania
  • Pilipili hoho

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat for 30minutes

  2. 2

    Chop onion and fry till it turns brown in colour

  3. 3

    Add your boiled meet and fry for five minutes

  4. 4

    Add your chopped hoho and tomatoes, cook for five minutes

  5. 5

    Add your Dania, cook for 2minutes...add 1/2 cup of water and salt to taste

  6. 6

    Serve with rice
