Marinate the cauliflower pieces with 1 tsp of each ginger and garlic paste, egg, cornflour, turmeric powder and salt for minimum 10 mins

Now, take a pan and put as needed oil for deep fry

Then, deep fry all the cauliflower pieces

In that oil, put the onion, capsicum, tomato, 1 tsp of each ginger and garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, green chillies, tomato sauce, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, sugar and saute it for sometimes

Now, pour little water and put the cauliflower pakora in the pan and cover the pan with a lid and let it get cooked for sometimes

Now, open the lid and sprinkle the coriander leaves over it and it's ready
