Ingredients

  1. 3 cupboiled rice
  2. 1 smallchopped onion
  3. 1chopped Orange carrot
  4. 1 tablespoonlemon juice,
  5. 4trapped mushroom
  6. 1 table spoonpeas
  7. 1chopped tomato without pulp
  8. to tasteSalt to taste
  9. 10-12blackpepper(kutti)
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tbsp jeera/ cumin
  12. 1/2 tsp Italian mix herb

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the vegetables salt lemon juice mix Italian herbs crushed black pepper. Cover it and leave it for for half an hour.

    Take a pan and heat oil on it add jeera on it and put all marinated vegetables on it.cook it on high flame for 5 minutes to 10 min or until all the water dry.

    Then add rice and makes it properly for 5 minute and your recipe is ready to eat.
