  • 4big Sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • 12 piecesFresh pepper and fresh tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 1stock cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and boil sweet potatoes add salt to taste.boil egg and remove the shell slice into two.

  2. 2

    Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper boil till all the water evaporates then fry in vegetable oil with onion,salt and stockcubes.
