As I wanted a healthy Paneer recipe, thought of using mustard leaves coriander leaves with less oil. And made this curry. It was very delicious.

As I wanted a healthy Paneer recipe, thought of using mustard leaves coriander leaves with less oil. And made this curry. It was very delicious.
Steps

In a pan heat oil and saute paneer till it's little brown.Take out from the pan and keep aside.

In the same pan add whole garam masala
- 3
Add fenugreek seeds and rest of the ingredients
- 4
Cook for a few minutes. Then add water to make gravy.
- 5
Add paneer and cook for another 3 minutes
- 6
And it's ready
