Ingredients

  • 1 kgmaida
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • as neededLukewarm water as required
  • as neededGhee to fry
  • to tasteSugar for sugar syrup(1nd 1/2 string)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in maida,add water make dough.Take a portion take a ball make roti shape and cut into strips.

  2. 2

    Take a pan heat ghee to fry,fry all till it's golden and keep in plate.

  3. 3

    Make sugar syrup add petha and mix in syrup.After it's normal add in container.
