Soak daal for 15 minutes, take a cooker add daal, turmeric powder, salt.

Let the cooker whist 4 time. Off the flame.

Take a pan add oil add mustard seeds,add chopped onion fry until pink now add green chilli chopped tomatoes cook till soft. Now add red chilli powder fry 2 minutes.

Now add boil daal mix well.cook 5 minutes add coriander leaves and garam masala.. Tadka Arhar daal is ready.

Serve with chapati or rice.
