Palak sev makes a tasty snack for festivities. It can be served with tea or with breakfast.
Steps

Remove the stalk of spinach leaves, cut, wash and then blanch it. When cool, make a paste with green chilli, ginger and cumin. Remove the paste in a bowl.

Add salt to it. Heat oil, in a pan.

Put rice flour and gram flour to the paste. Add two teaspoon of hot oil to it. Mix the ingredients to a dough.

Take a sev maker, smear some oil to it. Take some dough, make it into a cylindrical shape, put it in it. Press it in the oil, take care to do it slowly.

Deep fry it, with a ladle, turn it to the other side. Once it is done, remove on an absorbent paper. Repeat with the rest of the dough.

Store in an air tight container.
