Ingredients

  • 2bhetki fillet
  • 1 tspPoppy seeds paste
  • 1.5 tspmustard seed paste
  • 2 tbspcoconut paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil
  • 2 stripbanana leaves

    Marinate the fish with salt and lemon juice

  2. 2

    Now prepare a marination of all the paste salt turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Marinate the fish with it

  4. 4

    Now wrap it with banana leaf

  5. 5

    Heat a skillet grease with oil

  6. 6

    Grill the fish well turning both sides

  7. 7

    Serve with plain rice
