Peel and mashed the potatoes.

Put potatoes,salt,garam masala,kasoori methi,green coriander in a mixing bowl.

Make balls with the dough.

Roll the ball fill this mixture,bind and roll it again.

Put paratha on hot tawa spread oil and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve with butter
