Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgrice
  2. 3and 1/2 cups light coconut milk
  3. 1 cupheavy coconut milk
  4. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add light coconut milk And place it in a medium heat

  2. 2

    Add salt

  3. 3

    When it's about to boil add washed rice and mix

  4. 4

    Mix well until all water drains

  5. 5

    Add heavy coconut milk and stir

  6. 6

    Cook for 2 min

  7. 7

    Put it in oven or cooked it in low heat for 10 min

  8. 8

    Coconut rice is ready
