Line 18 x 27 cm baking tray with greaseproof paper

Put Hob Nobs in a poly bag and crush with a rolling pin, making sure you leave some quite big pieces to add some crunch

Cut mars bars into 1cm chunks and mix with biscuits

Put the sugar, syrup, milk chocolate and cream intoa mixing bowl resting over the top of a pan of simmering water. Heat gently until everything is smooth and the chocolate is dissolved. Take off the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes

Add to crushed biscuits and mars bars and mix well. Don't stir too much so as not to melt the mars bars into the chocolate

Spread the mixture evenly into the tray

Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.

Drizzle white chocolate over the mixture ' decoratively'

Leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Remove from tray and greaseproof paper and cut into squares
