Ingredients

20 miniute
  • 1 cupSabudana soaked
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • 1Potato chopped
  • 2 tspCarrot chopped
  • 1 tspCoriander leave
  • 2 tspPeanuts
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tspCumin seed
  • 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • 1 tspGhee
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2 tspOnion chopped
  • 1 pinchGinger crushed

Steps

20 miniute
  1. 1

    In a heat pan put ghee.

  2. 2

    Add cumin,let it crackle.add onion,green chilies,ginger sautye it.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes,cook it 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes, carrots,stir it.

  5. 5

    Add sabudana,salt.put a lid on it for 2 miniutes.

  6. 6

    Open the lid stir it.after 10 mimiutes it will be cook.

  7. 7

    Add peanuts mix it.

  8. 8

    Put it serving plate.add lime juice.

  9. 9

    Garnish it with coriander leaf.

  10. 10

    It is very healthy & tasty for breakfast or fast.
