In a heat pan put ghee.

Add cumin,let it crackle.add onion,green chilies,ginger sautye it.

Add tomatoes,cook it 2 minutes.

Add potatoes, carrots,stir it.

Add sabudana,salt.put a lid on it for 2 miniutes.

Open the lid stir it.after 10 mimiutes it will be cook.

Add peanuts mix it.

Put it serving plate.add lime juice.

Garnish it with coriander leaf.

It is very healthy & tasty for breakfast or fast.
