Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked chickpeas (about 165 grams)
  • 1 tablespoontahini
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1lemon
  • Pinchcumin
  • Pinchallspice
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

    Make the sauce: Mix the lemon juice with tahini, salt, allspice, and cumin.

  2. 2

    Add the cooked whole chickpeas to the sauce. Gently press some of the chickpeas and stir until well combined.

  3. 3

    Note: I made this without garlic. Enjoy!
