  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • 1big onion
  • Pumpkin leave's
  • 1 handfulCoriander
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Tomatoes
  • Cayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot boil the potatoes with salt.

  2. 2

    When the potatoes are almost done add the pumpkin leave's cook for 5-7 mins.

  3. 3

    Drain excess water. Add salt n mash till done.

  4. 4
