Walnut ,raisins crunchy test pie
Steps

Preheat oven at 180' c

Combine refined flour,salt, and oil in a bowl.add water and knead into semisoft dough.set aside.

Clean wash and chopped spinach leaves.heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Crush garlic cloves,add and saute for a while

Add onion and salt,mix and saute till onion is lightly brown
- 5
Add pepper powder, cardamom powder,mix well. Add spinach,toss and cook.

Add raisins, and walnuts mix well and spinach wilts and is cooked

Add lemon juice and mix well and cook for a minute

Transfer the cooked spinach mixture on a plate and cool to room tempreture

Dust the dough with Little flour and roll out a large sheet

Apply Little oil on the edges of discs.place a spinach mixture in the center,pinch and make into parcels. Sealing the edges.

Place the parcels on the backing tray,brush with Little oil and put in the preheated oven.Back for 15- 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and place the pies on a serving dish.garnish with a coriander leaves

Serve hot with tea.
