Ingredients

  • 3 tbspSchezwan sauce
  • 4Bread slices
  • 1 cupSooji
  • 1Onion chopped 1 small
  • 1 smallTomato chopped 1 small
  • 1 small Capsicum chopped 1 small
  • 2 tbspOregano
  • 2 tspChilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededButter for toasting
  • 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add sooji and all veggies, salt, oregano and chilli flakes

  2. 2

    Add water as required to make a thick paste

  3. 3

    On a bread slice spread some schezwan sauce and sooji mixture

  4. 4

    Toast it on non stick pan

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ketchup
