Wash poha properly and then add curd and little amount of water and soak for 15 min
After 15 min mash poha and add besan, rice flour and Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes roasted mungfali powder,green chilli paste, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder hing sesame seeds, and add some water to make thick batter. - 2
Take a plate apply oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds and put poha mixture and spread evenly and steam for 20 -25 min,
Cut it in finger Shape And shallow fry it till golden brown in colour - 3
You can deep fry it if you want

Now poha stick is ready sprinkle some sesame seeds

Serve with sauce and chutney
