Steps

Dry roast the poppy seeds & keep aside.

Grind the dates into a coarse mixture, keep aside

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the chopped nuts for 2 mins on medium flame.

Transfer the nuts on a plate.

Add the remaining ghee in a pan,heat it and add the dates mixture cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 mins

When the dates mixture becomes soft add the nuts mix well

Add poppy seeds and cardamom powder mix well.

Cook till it forms like a lumpy dough.

Transfer to a plate and let it cool. You can make ladoos of this. I have made rolls

Take all the mixture in one place,roll it into a big roll. Roll it gently.

Wrap it in an aluminium foil and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into slices.
