Cut the liver into small size. Wash well and boil for 15 minutes.

Chop the other ingredients in a bowl.

Fry the onions to golden brown. Add the capsicum and fry.

Then add the tomatoes and coriander and a little salt

Cover the tomatoes to heat for two minutes to become soft and thick. Then add the liver and stir to mix.

Add a little water and heat for other 2 minutes to form a thick soup. Then serve while hot and enjoy.
