Wash and clean each piece of chicken thoroughly. Add the chicken, water, and salt to a pressure cooker. Cook over heat.

Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

In a blender, combine the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chiles. Blend until smooth.

Add the blended mixture, potatoes, and parsley to the pressure cooker. Close the lid and cook for 25 minutes after the valve starts to whistle. Let the pressure cooker cool before opening.

Serve with lime juice.
