In a bowl take Maida, Semolina, Grated Dry Coconut, Add Fennel seed, Ghee Mix the flour well, add powedered sugar and mix & by using water Make a dough. Dough is ready to make Thekua.

Now, Take small lumps from dough & give the thekuas shape Give the thekuas shape using fork or moulds. Prepare all thekua in same manner thekuas are ready.

Lets fry these, Oil should be medium warm for fry Place thekuas in warm Oil Flip both side of thekuas & fry till golden brown Avoid to fry in high flame else it will be redish outside & not cooked inside.After Take them out in a plate.
Crispy Thekuas are ready for serve.
