Rinse the zobo leaves in a pot boil with water covering it.rinse and add the cloves and grated ginger.

Rinse and peel the pineapple add only the back boil for 20-25minutes.allow it to cool and sieve in a bowl add the pineapple flavour to taste.place in containers place in the fridge to preserve it.
