Grind jeera, cashew and badam and keep it aside

Add all the ingredients and paste of jeera, cashew, badam paste and salt as per the taste to fresh clean chicken mix properly and keep it to marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. long time marinated tastier will be chicken.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil in wide kadai add marinated chicken and cook till water gets dried.

Take cooked chicken leg and place it on a grill. grill it for a minute or more can apply lemon if you like more tangy

Serve it with mint chutney or tomato sauce
