Make dough of maida using water and keep it for 1 hour

Powder the elaichi and fried gram and mix with coconut and sugar. this mixture is for stuffing.

Make small balls from maida dough and press it circular like poori
- 4
Place the stuffing in center close it press the edge by folding by hand or can use mould
- 5
Deep fry in the oil till golden brown colour
