  • 3well Ripe plantain
  • 1 cupvegetables oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel off the back of plantain with knife.

    Add a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Heat oil on fire and fry your plantain.

    Turn the other side and fry too.

  5. 5

    Drain from oil and serve with pap or enjoy as snacks.
