3 tablespoonsWhite Miso
2 tablespoonsSugar
1 tablespoonSoy Sauce
2 tablespoonsToasted Sesame Seeds *ground
1 cloveGarlic *grated
1/4 cupChicken Stock *cooled
1-2Spring Onions *finely chopped

In a bowl mix all ingredients well. This sauce is so versatile. *You may wish to add Ginger, Chilli, Citrus Juice or Vinegar for an additional flavour.

This time, I used this sauce for grilled chicken and salad. Chicken Thigh Fillets are lightly seasoned with Salt & Pepper and grilled.
