Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1/2 tsp rice colour (yellow)
  • As neededdry fruits
  • 4-5Cardamoms

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in rice cooker add elaichi saute for 30 sec.now add rice,water,sugar and colour.

  2. 2

    Mix well now add dry fruits.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid tightly and cook it for 2-3 whistles.

  4. 4

    Sweet rice is ready garnish with dry fruit.
