1 cupGram flour
1-2 tspRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
2 tspNigella seeds
Oil as required
1 tspCarrom seeds

Make dough separately of all purpose flour and gram flour to make maide ki papdi and besan ki papdi

Add salt red chilli powder carrom seeds, little oil in besan papdi

Add salt, nigella seeds, salt, little oil in maida papdi

Roll with the help of roller

Fry in hot oil till crispy
