First soak the dry fig in hot water for about an hour

Grind in a mixie into fine paste

Boil milk till it reduces to half. Mix milk powder in cold milk and add to boiling milk

Now add the ground anjeer paste and keep stirring till halve consistancy is attained
- 5
Dish out and garnish. Serve hot or cold
