Ingredients: 100 gm rice flour; 50 gms white flour; 2 tbsp ghee; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tbsp Sesame seeds; to taste Salt; Oil for frying; 100 gms Curd

Ingredients

100 gmrice flour
50 gmswhite flour
2 tbspghee
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tbspSesame seeds
to tasteSalt
Oil for frying
100 gmsCurd

Steps

Now mix all ingredients in a big bowl along with curd and some water.

Make a smooth dough.

Now take the murukku mould and grease it.

Fill it half with dough.

And deep fry the murukku un medium flame till it becomes crisp and golden in colour.

Serve with tea.

Preserve in air tight container.
