This meal has to be my favorite made by a good friend of mine.
Steps

Season the meat with black pepper, then place it on a wok with oil & toss it lightly for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle some salt as the spices infuse with the meat on the wok.

Remove after it browns, then place the spinach on the same wok. The spinach should be clean.

Stir fry for two minutes, then set aside. Chop the mushrooms & place in the same wok.

Add in chopped onions & some oil, toss lightly.

Add in the roughly chopped spinach,

Pour in the mixed tomato paste & the meat, allow to cook for the spices to infuse.

Once cooked it looks like this.

Serve with Ugali & guacamole.
