Ingredients

  • 2 tspMoong daal
  • Oil for frying
  • 5Hari mirch
  • 250 gmCurd
  • Lal mirch powder
  • Cummin powder roasted
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dhaniya
  • Pomegranate
  • Sweat chutney
  • Hari chutney

    Soak daal for 6 to 8 hours drain water and make paste in mixer jar

    Keep aside for 2 hours better should thick constantcy now heat oil in another pan in better add salt hari mirch and make balls then flatten and middle make hole it's looks like wheel,put in oil slow flame and golder brown then transfer in water or buttermilk after half and hour vadas comes out and press with palm so water comes out then put in another bowl

    Add curd if you want sugar powder add now add hari chutney sweet chutney lal mirch powder and Cummin powder sprinkle pomegranate and fresh dhaniya for garnish so it's ready to serve yammy tasty dahivada
