  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupsooji
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • Pinchorange food colour
  • Cashew to garnish
  • 1/2 cupPineapple chunks half cup
  • 3 cupsMilk

    Roast sooji in ghee

  2. 2

    Add milk and food colour. cook until done

  3. 3

    Add sugar and pineapple chunks.When thickens remove.

  4. 4

    Garnish with cashew.
