Slice the potatoes into small circular pieces,crush the garlic and ginger using the motor and pestle. Cut the dhania into pieces. Wash the sliced potatoes.

Mix everything in a basin, add salt then add the tumeric powder and the gram flour consistently

Heat the oil in a sufuria till the oil reaches its boiling point. Reduce the heat to a minimum point. Add the potatoes separately. Let the potatoes fry under oil for 5 minutes till they attain a golden brown color.

Your fried potatoes are ready. Serve with your favorite cold drink.
