Beat the egg and milk in a bowl. Add in the cinnamon and let it stand for 2 minutes. Beat the mix again.

Pour the egg mix onto a large, shallow dish and dip a slice of bread into it to cover both sides.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook the slices of bread on both sides until brown.

Dust with the Icing sugar when serving.
