My Slow cooked Liver & Onions in gravy. 😀

I love lambs liver now and again but its the gravy it makes is so good with the liver flavour and onions cooked slow and long. And nice buttery mashed potatoes.

I love lambs liver now and again but its the gravy it makes is so good with the liver flavour and onions cooked slow and long. And nice buttery mashed potatoes.
Steps

Fry the liver both sides for a minute then add the liver to the slow cooker.

Add onions on top

Sprinkle the beef stock into the hit water and stir.
- 4
Add Salt n pepper to to taste. Close lid and slowcook overnight in your slow cooker. Or in the frying pan for about an hour.

When its cooked thicken the gravy with cornflour leave with the lid on and bring it to the boil then turn off until you need it.

Serve with 2 sausage and mashed potato
