Ingredients

  • Flattened chicken breast
  • Salt n pepper
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • to tasteSalt
  • Nutmeg
  • White pepper
  • Garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound the chicken till flat and cut into strips.

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken breast n add some garlic powder n let it sit for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Put flour in a plate.add nutmeg,white pepper and garlic powder then drench in the flour mixture

  4. 4

    Shallow fry until golden brown
