Boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl. In the potatoes add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and all spicy. Mix well so that no lumps remin.

Put wheat flour in a large bowl add 1 spoon salt mix well.make a smooth dough.

Make a small - medium balls of the dough make a small puri.add a spoonful of a potato felling in the center.

Seal the dough and round it with your fingers.

Press the rolling on all sides while making the paratha.

Heat tava and rosting the paratha. cooking them on the both side with spoonful butter or oil.

First roast them on both side on low flame and when they are slightly crispy. Your aalo paratha is ready.

Serve with curd and chutney, Pickle.
