In a bowl, sift together flour and salt. Make a well at the center, gradually add the warm water as you knead, add the oil.

Knead for about 5 minutes. Then divide into 8 equal pieces and make them into balls.

On a work surface, dust some flour, and flour a rolling pin. Roll each piece and spread some oil. Then fold it up or roll it back into a ball. Do the dsme for each piece.

Let rest 10 minutes then roll out each ball and fry on a pan until golden brown, adding a little oil occasionally as you do so.
