Put the aamras in a pressure cooker and give 3 whistles

Mash the aamras and keep aside

Now, take a pan and put 2 tsp of mustard oil, a pinch of panch-foron, red chillies, the mashed aamras, salt and turmeric powder

Pour little water and let it get cooked sometimes

Now, put the mustard paste and sugar and mix it well and it's ready.
