Ingredients

  1. 1/2 gallonsMilk (cannot be ultra pasteurized)
  2. 3 tablespoonswhite vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add milk to pot and heat to 175 degrees

  2. 2

    When milk has heated add vinegar

  3. 3

    Continue to heat for 25 min. Do not let heat get above 190 degrees.

  4. 4

    Strain curds through cheesecloth.
