Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  • 1/4 cupfresh mozzarella
  • 1/4 cupbasil (fresh)
  • 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan
  • 1tsb olive oil
  • 4Boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 2eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • All purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees c

  2. 2

    Pound the breasts to be flat and marinate with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Beat eggs and set aside

  4. 4

    Mix crumbs and the permesan then set aside

  5. 5

    Sprinkle flour on chicken evenly on both sides

  6. 6

    Dip flour coated chicken in eggs and transfer into the bread crumbs mixture then let after coating let it rest aside for like 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Heat oil and let the chicken simmer inside for at least 4 minutes it will finish in the oven

  8. 8

    Place chicken a baking tray with the chopped basil and tomato sauce

  9. 9

    Layer each breast with equal amounts of cheese

  10. 10

    Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes

  11. 11
