Steps

Take the fish in a wide bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.

Cling wrap the bowl or transfer the fish into an air tight container and keep it in the fridge for an hour or two for marination.

Deep fry the fish in oil turning on both sides. Take them onto a plate with Kitchen towels/Tissues to absorb the little oil that comes with it.

Sprinkle roughly chopped coriander over it and fish fry is ready to serve
